Hire Questions

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

We do not take deposits.

Can I hire for just a weekend or an event?

We offer our Turbo Trainers on short term hire for special events, training sessions, photoshoots and more, please note that event hires are priced separately from our standard hire options.

Please email us at hello@turbotrainerhire.co.uk with brief details of your event and what you are looking for. Then we will be in touch to discuss!

Can I cancel a hire and get a refund?

I’m afraid we do not refund cancellations.

Can I purchase the turbo at the end of the hire period?

We do offer the opportunity to purchase the turbo trainer have hired from us with a discount applied. If you are interested in purchasing your hire turbo trainer, drop us an email & we will send you a quote.

Can I extend the hire?

If you would like to keep the turbo for longer, drop us an email with how much longer you would like to keep the turbo for and then we will check availability and send you a quote.

Delivery & Returns Questions

When will my delivery arrive?

For hire bookings, the hire start date you select is the date you wish to receive your delivery. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email with delivery tracking details.

Can I collect/drop off the turbo from your office?

Yes of course, please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time as we are not always at the office.

What happens if the Turbo Trainer doesn’t arrive on the start date requested?

In the unlikely event your order fails to reach you on your start date please contact us at hello@turbotrainerhire.co.uk immediately to discuss.

How do I know the hire end date?

The hire end date will be included in your packing slip from us with your delivery. We will email you a few days before the hire is due back as a polite reminder.

How do I return my turbo once I've finished with it?

Simply fill in the returns form and send the turbo back to us. Please return the turbo in a secure box- we highly recommend using the box the turbo was delivered in.

You can arrange your own return delivery to us or we can arrange this for you. If you would like us to arrange the collection, the collection fee is £20. Just let us know a few days before to arrange a convenient weekday collection.

What happens if the turbo is damaged when I received it?

What happens if I damage the turbo?

If you damage the turbo, you will be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I return the turbo late?

If you return the turbo late, you will be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Do I need to return the turbo clean?

Yes the turbo needs to be returned clean, dry and tidy. If you return the turbo unclean and dirty you may be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

How do I set up?

Follow the manufacturer's fitting instructions. We recommend checking out our intrsuction set up videos

Does it come with Zwift membership?

No none of our turbos come with zwift membership. You can purchase Zwift membership here : Click here

Do you insure the equipment?

Our equipment is only insured on the premises of Turbo Trainer Hire and in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that your own household or work insurance covers the equipment against all damage risk whilst in your possession.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card declines payment, you will be notified at the point of purchase
