After several rentals, some of our awesome hire products start to show signs of wear, some items are ex-hired due to changing the brands we work with. We hated the idea that any of these amazing pieces would go to waste and we wanted to give them a good home.
We categorise our ex-hired Items in grades, from A to D. This is based on the condition of the item and will not affect the overall performance of the item. The grading conditions are non-negotiable and by purchasing an ex-hired item you are agreeing to the grading terms and warranty policy. Refunds are not accepted on pre-loved products.
