RENTAL PROCESS

Can I hire for a different time period

We can be flexible and offer our hire item/s on short term hire for special events, training sessions, short adventures, photoshoots and more. Please note that event hires are priced separately from our standard hire options. Please email us with brief details of your event and what you are looking for. Then we will be in touch to discuss!

Which payment methods do you accept

We accept payment by credit or debit card. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your card declines payment, you will be notified at the point of purchase

Do I need to pay a security deposit

No we do not take deposits

Do you offer corporate discounts to companies or clubs

Can I extend the hire

Yes we offer the opportunity to extend your hire (subject to availability).To book a hire extension select your product HERE and select how long you would like to extend for, add to cart and make payment, Your booking will then be extended for you!

Can I purchase the hire item at the end of the hire period

Yes we offer the opportunity to purchase the hire item you have hired from us with a discount applied (subject to availability). If you are interested in purchasing your hire item, drop us an email & we will send you a quote

Can I cancel a hire or get a refund

We offer a 14 day cancellation period- please see our Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Can I get delivery sooner?

If you need your item delivered sooner than the earliest hire date shown in the calendar, please email us when you need the item by and we can offer express delivery (subject to availability at the time of the request)

When will my delivery arrive

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with delivery tracking details. Keep an eye on your junk emails in case it drops in there.

Can I collect/drop off the hire item from your shop

During the check out process it may give you the option to collect. If you are not offered this during check out, then please contact us to discuss, and we'll see what we can arrange.

What happens if the hire item does not arrive on the start date requested

In the unlikely event that the hire item has not arrived on the date you expected, please contact us immediately to discuss

How much is delivery for a hire item

This is subject to the total weight, dimension and shipping address of your order. The price can vary from £6.99 - £50.00

Does delivery include the return

A TWO WAY delivery & Return is available during the check out process for most of our hire products

MAINTENANCE & DAMAGE

What happens if the hire item is damaged when I receive it

In the unlikely event you receive your items and there are signs of damage, please contact us immediately to discuss.

What happens if I damage the hire item

If you damage the hire item, you will be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

Do I need to return the hire item clean

You agree that you shall return the item in a clean, tidy and/or dry condition. Please refer to your hire return instructions that comes with your product.

How do I return my hire item once I've finished with it

Turbo Trainer: If you have already paid for a return collection from your address, all you need to do is schedule a collection via this link . Yet to pay for a return collection? Then please schedule a collection and payment via this link.

Bike Box/Bag: In your delivery you should have received a prepaid Fedex returns label. If you have lost the label, please email us. When you are ready to return your hire item (s), please book a Fedex collection on the following this link The Fedex driver will collect the bike box / bag.

Power meter: In your delivery you should have received a prepaid DPD returns label. If you have lost the label, please email us asap. Simply use the DPD returns label – this means dropping the package off at your nearest DPD drop off point (click here to find nearest DPD drop off point)
