How do I return my hire item once I've finished with it?
Turbo Trainer: If you have already paid for a return collection, all you need to do is complete the return form on our website (link here): . Yet to pay for a return collection? Then please book and make payment for your collection through our website (link here):
Bike Box/Bag: In your delivery you should have received a Fedex returns label. If you have lost the label, please email us. When you are ready to return your hire item (s), please book a Fedex collection on the following the below link: https://www.fedex.com/en-gb/shipping/schedule-pickup.html#form. The Fedex driver will collect the box / boxes.
Power meter: In your delivery you should have received a Pre-paid DPD returns label. If you have lost the label, please email us. Simple use the DPD returns label– this means dropping the package off at your nearest DPD drop off point (click here to find nearest DPD drop off point) Or you can arrange your own return delivery to us.
